Please read the following terms before joining the Affiliate Network.
You agree with these terms by clicking on the «Register» button and successfully registering on the Affiliate Network. Authorized users are deemed to have agreed with these terms. Unauthorized users (visitors to the Affiliate Network website) are subject to general conditions considering the accessible functions and features of the website and Software Product before authorization.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms define the main principles, conditions, and methods of permissible use of the Software Product and participation in the Travelpayouts Affiliate Network (“Terms”).
1.2. Trademark rights for Travelpayouts and all the software and graphical systems of the Affiliate Network are owned by Go Travel Un Limited, which is registered as a legal entity under the legislation of the special administrative region of Hong Kong 18.08.2011 (Registration number: 1658681; Address: 4007 Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong) (“Owner”).
1.3. Basic Definitions:
“Affiliate Network” is a form of business cooperation between the Owner, Advertisers, and Partners, implemented on https://www.travelpayouts.com/, where Partners promote the goods and/or services of Advertisers and other third parties via the Partners’ web-resources and provide other services by using the Software Product.
“Advertisers” are legal entities or individuals, members of the Affiliate Network, offering to advertise and promote their online products and/or services in specified ways within travel-related markets by providing advertising and other materials within Affiliate Programs.
“Partners” are legal entities or individuals, authorized members of the Affiliate Network, who carry out advertising or other promotion of Advertisers’ offers using the appropriate software tools of the Owner within the Affiliate Network.
“Software Product” is a set of information, data, software, and technical tools that is available on the website https://www.travelpayouts.com/ for:
- registration in the Affiliate Network and accessing the Partner’s Personal Dashboard, accessing the Promotional Tools for Affiliate Programs;
- collecting the Partner’s statistics on the results of the promotion of Travel Services and other offers to calculate that Partner’s income;
- receiving information about the operation and direct use of Promotional Tools;
- receiving reference information about the Owner, Advertisers, Travel Services market and opportunities for monetization of the Partners’ web-resources using the Travelpayouts Knowledge Base and Blog.
“Affiliate Program” is a system of relationships, in which Partners are paid for the promotion of a specific Travel Service or a set of Travel Services of an Advertiser or third-party supplier of Travel Services using Promotional Tools.
“Promotional Tools” are software tools of the Owner, including advertising tools, provided to Partners under these Terms and public-offer agreement for Traffic Acquisition services and attracting end users to purchase Travel Services. “Traffic Acquisition” is a set of services provided by the Partner with their ID in order to attract users to purchase Travel Services or perform other Desired Actions within the applicable Affiliate Program using Promotional Tools and services.
“Desired Action” is a purchased, not cancelled Travel Service or other action of an end user, which is deemed by the Affiliate Program to be a completed transaction with or without payment, based on which the Owner receives a payment from the Advertiser within the Affiliate Network. The subject and type of such transactions are determined independently by the Advertiser and may change from time to time.
“Travel Services” are hotel services, passenger and baggage carriage services, and other services specified on the Affiliate Program page and available for purchase with the help of the Owner’s online products and websites or by the using the official website and internet resources of the Advertisers.
“Personal Dashboard” is a section of the Software Product interface that contains a visual representation of its functionality and allows Owners, Partners, and Advertisers to cooperate within the Affiliate Network.
“Knowledge Base” is a section of the Affiliate Network and Software Product that is available at
https://support.travelpayouts.com/hc/en-us and contains detailed information about the Software Product, its permissible use, as well as answers to frequently asked questions. Knowledge Base contains the present Terms and Policies of the Affiliate Network, as well as certain mandatory terms of cooperation.
“Travelpayouts Blog” is a section of the Affiliate Network available here that contains copyright informational materials, including those covering various aspects of the Software Product and Affiliate Marketing.
2. Terms of Participation in the Affiliate Network and Terms of Use of the Software Product
2.1. Registration. To become a Partner, you must complete the registration process on the corresponding page of the Affiliate Network using your current email address. If you register on behalf of a legal entity, you shall indicate a corporate email address, with which Partner will be able to authorize in Affiliate Network throughout the entire cooperation.
2.2. For further authorization, Partners use the email address specified during registration for a username and password. From the moment of registration and the first authorization in the Affiliate Network, the Owner assigns a unique ID (code-identifier) to the Partner and provides access to the Personal Dashboard for further targeted use of its functionality.
